Medium straw yellow with light green reflections .Very elegant nose of honeydew melon, pear, lemon balm, elderflower, chalky, smoky nuances. On the palate a thoroughly melty texture, fine mineral – acid – salt expression, hints of grapefruit, pleasant spiciness, increases continuously, develops brilliantly, with a very light herbaceous note and capers in the aftertaste.
