Description

Transparent cherry red in color. On nose, violet, red sour cherry, wild raspberry blackberry. On nose, cherries and wild raspberry.

Had it with moose liver paté on TUC bisquets with some fresh thyme on. It really worked Great! The acidity went well against the creamy texture of the paté.
