Description

A dry red blend of equal parts Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, this comes from a father and daughter duo in Mendoza s Valle de Uco. Half of the grapes are fermented with stems, and the wine is aged in stainless steel on the lees. Fruit forward and savory, this medium-bodied red is dynamic, but works wonders at the table. Pair with classic bife de lomo.

Typical dark fruit notes of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, a little spice and a great refreshing acidity that gives balance. Tannins are silky and pleasant in your mouth.
